Backing and Edge Treatment:   

• Each fabric is backed with especially designed duck canvas in one of three colors (Natural, Black, or Brown) that coordinates with the front cover.  Backing color can not be changed.
• Puff covers have a flange edge.  Flange is about a 2 inch flat extension off the edge of the cushion.
• Outdoor fabrics are self backed.

Size and Dimensions:
 

• The size of the steel chair and rocker is: 40 X 37 X 40 inches.  Both chair and rocker use the same cushion, but you will need more space behind the rocker because of the rocking action.
• Ottomans are 26 X 26 X 18 inches.

Frames construction:
   

• There are two kinds of frames.  Iron and wood.  Iron Frames are made of wrought iron, and have a clear, durable, water resistant outdoor powder coating that will resist the elements with proper care.  Chairs and rockers come in two pieces that need to be assembled together, an easy process.  Metal ottoman frames come pre-assembled. Iron frames are available in either Natural ,pewter grey, or in Mahogany, a rich red-brown powder coated color.
• Milan Wood frames are made of bent laminated wood, and require easy assembly.  They are available in either a natural Maple finish (Cherry finish was discontinued).

Manufacturer's Guarantee:
   

• All Puff Chairs frames carry a limited lifetime warranty for workmanship.  One year Warranties on cushions and slipcovers against defects.  Warranties are for conditions of ordinary use.  250 lb weight limit.

Care:
 

• Puff covers are removable for easy cleaning.  Most fabrics require dry cleaning.  See specific fabric detail page for fabric content and care instructions. 
• Frames left outdoors might need occasional touch ups with a clear coating for scratched areas to resist rust. 
• We recommend bringing your furniture indoors during inclement weather season.
• The covers on the chair and rocker are interchangeable. 
• A zipper in the middle allows for removal of foam insert to clean the  cover.
• To remove or insert form, unzip cover, and fold foam for easy insertion and removal.  Once foam is in, unfold and tuck in corners.

Return Policy:
 

• Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days from the day you receive your items.  Items returned in new, unused , resalable condition, and in original packaging & boxes, will receive a full refund less shipping charges.  Spare part orders (i.e. extra covers and frames) are not returnable.  
  No returns without Authorization.  
• Please use the Return Authorization Request Form to request a merchandise return authorization number before returning any items.
  Items returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly written on the box will be refused.
• RMAs are only issued by e-mail.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.  Customer pays return shipping charges.  Shipping Charges if paid will not be refunded.
• Please do not refuse any items that are shipped to you.  Refused items accrue a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges. 
• Please do not return any items without a Return Authorization Number, they will not be accepted by our warehouse, and you will accrue shipping charges both ways from the shipping company you used.

• If you find a lower price on any of our items either before or within ten days of purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference.  The item has to be offered for sale by an authorized dealer of the manufacturer, must be in stock, and in new condition.  All costs including shipping, and handling charges should be included in the price comparison.
